G32 Construction and Development was founded in response to the post-pandemic challenges in California’s construction industry, including labor fluctuations, slower material production, and supply deficits. Recognizing an opportunity amidst these challenges, Jeff and Maegan combined their expertise—his in construction and hers in business—to establish a family-owned general contracting firm.

Jeff, a seasoned construction professional with a proven track record of managing over $2.5 billion in projects across the Bay Area, brings a high level of expertise in construction management. His strong relationships with subcontractors have fostered a network of loyal partnerships, ensuring seamless project execution. As CEO, Maegan manages the business operations, including human resources, payroll, benefits, personnel recruitment, policies, and financial oversight. Their complementary strengths form the foundation of a well-balanced and efficient leadership team.

Beyond their commitment to construction excellence, the founders of G32 prioritize work-life balance and community involvement. With a background in collegiate athletics—Jeff in wrestling and Maegan in softball—they understand the value of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Maegan has always exhibited a passion for excellence, whether on the athletic field or in the construction industry. As a successful three-sport athlete, she demonstrated her competitive spirit and dedication early on, clinching state titles in both softball and volleyball during her high school years.

Her tenacity and discipline not only led her to athletic success but also paved the way for a distinguished collegiate career.Maegan attended Eastern New Mexico University (ENMU), where she continued to excel both academically and athletically. Earning honors as an Academic and Softball All-American, she showcased her ability to balance the rigors of a student-athlete's life while maintaining exceptional academic standards. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, achieving Summa Cum Laude honors, a testament to her hard work and determination. From a young age, Maegan was inspired by her parents, father, who had a longstanding career as history teacher, as well as in the construction trades as an equipment operator & journeyman. Her mother, who excelled in academics, was a longtime Nursing manager & Nursing Educator. This early exposure fostered her love for construction and leading by example, prompting her to be hands-on from the outset. She played a pivotal role in remodeling and building several family homes, which not only deepened her understanding of construction but also reinforced her commitment to quality and craftsmanship. In the professional realm, Maegan has continually leveraged her background and expertise to excel in various capacities within the construction industry. She has worked on schedule and billing forecasting for multifamily projects, effectively managing timelines and budgets to ensure successful project completions. Moreover, her skills in hiring and recruiting construction personnel have been instrumental in building a competent workforce, both for her husband’s initiatives and for G32 Construction & Development. Since its inception, Maegan has provided invaluable cost control support for G32 Construction & Development, ensuring financial efficiency and project sustainability. Her ability to analyze costs and optimize operational processes has greatly contributed to the company's growth and reputation in the industry. Jeff Paulson

COO of both CA & AZ Divisions

A proud native of Minne-snowda, Jeff has dedicated nearly three decades to mastering the art of construction, emerging as an original ground-up builder in the challenging Tundra environment. With a wealth of experience acquired from working for a local custom homebuilder in Northern Minnesota, Jeff has honed his skills across a broad

spectrum of construction disciplines. His hands-on approach encompasses all aspects of the building process, including concrete, framing, insulation, drywall installation, roofing, siding, cabinet building, and finish carpentry.From the outset of his career, Jeff recognized the critical importance of hard work and efficient production, often racing against the weather to deliver high-quality results. This commitment to excellence has propelled him through an impressive array of projects, encompassing multifamily residential developments exceeding 2,000 units with an overall value of approximately $1.8 billion. He has successfully navigated the complexities of concrete podium & high rise projects, custom home construction, new developments, self-performed suspended slab concrete for high-rise buildings and framing, large-scale commercial ground-up construction, tennant improvement projects, and shell build-outs. Jeff's diverse experience spans multiple roles within the construction sector, enabling him to provide a unique and comprehensive perspective. He has excelled as a general contractor, subcontractor, architectural drafter, and owner representative, mastering each role with dedication and precision. This multifaceted background equips him with a profound understanding of the intricacies involved in both residential and commercial construction, allowing him to effectively bridge the gap between design and execution. Beyond his professional achievements, Jeff draws from a rich personal history rooted in sports.
